Hello JOY! Oh goodness, I can't begin to tell you how much I adore this design. LOVE that you made the snowglobe into an actual shaker too. This "pop up platform" is the BEST invention (IMO) that LF has come up with. They have SO many fabulous products, but THIS set just takes ALL of their stamp sets and rises them (not an intentional pun) to another level of excellence. Each year (this will be the 4th year) I make a card for my grandson and recap the year (I babysit him and now his little sister 2 11-hour days a week) and then make them an ornament as well. This year they are getting something made with the pop up platform so they can have their mom bring it out for their dressers each year for the holiday season; now I just have to figure out the scene. Thanks for the inspiration, Joy. You're making me a better Grammie. Be well -
This is so fun! I just love happy Christmas cards with little critters, dogs, cats, etc., etc., etc.!!! That little fox is so sweet looking at the tree. What an inspiration! I'm sitting here thinking about all the Lawn Fawn stamp sets I have with fun animals. I can't resist. A row of trees in the back, snowdrifts in front, a cat with friends riding a sled..... Holy cow! My mind is in overdrive! TFS!
The Platform Pop-Up with the Platform Pop-Up Add-On was designed to fit in a standard A2 envelope. Joy's shaker element will add some bulk to the card, so extra postage will be necessary to send through the mail. Thanks so much :)
Most Platform Pop-Up cards will fit in a standard A2 sized envelope. Joy's snow globe sits a bit higher on the platform so it will need a larger envelope possibly a 5x7 (A7). Thanks so much :)

You used 10 layers of paper, do you think foam would work as well? Less paper cutting
