Switched shields for 30 minutes and it never stacked, just realised my idol was a shock stone otto idol. It gave me +1666 max shield and that's what stopped it from working. Most people won't be as silly as me but just keep it in mind.

He spawns everytime for me, just quit game and go back in after killing him
jumping down death over and over again using brawler ward is really working im using flak anyway
No point, you simply get your shield taken down easily in Mayhem 4 if you're not playing Moze
