For Julia, which skill should I focus on after upgrading her first one? 2 or 4?
Also, which hero is the best pair for her, excluding Louis?

4th skill is better to last longer on the field then 2nd. If you feel you're stronger on the field go for Jacob, if you're weaker go for Lynne

Julia is always no.1 most powerful created ranged hero as of current meta. She is too OP. Gives huge stats boost and silence capability. I hope she will be nerfed sooner.
