What this story depicts is not only going on in Jamaica Fire Ras.... I'm glad you brought this subject up. As a child born in the UK from Jamaican parents I was lucky to be brought up by both Mother & Father who guided me through my whole childhood until adulthood. A woman cannot teach a boy how to be a man. What I'm trying to say, is most friends I grew up with was friends that grew with the mothers alone. I get that & praise the mothers for that. But most of them friends there I can't move with now because of the directions they took. Mummy showed me love, but Daddy showed me logic. I teach my children the same things because of that. Fire Ras... Keep it up, I see the morals you are trying to show everyone. Respect goes above & beyond for that. Keep the fire burning. The system we're in is unsustainable.
