They're Packham pears. Really good without the gritty texture. I didn't like pears before because of that texture but when I tried these, I'm addicted.
all the seeds from the fruits i cut i throw in the garden and without marking, so i dont know which one is, thanks i think i have that now in the garden
@@jcchannel7538 not the pears unfortunately, but my other plants like the pomegranate, sumo mandarins, avocado, mango, nectarine, peach, lemons, calamansi and lychee. I’ll make a video update once they’ll be transferred to the garden.
Lots of sun, not watering too much and I think proper climate for it. It's been raining lots here in Sydney which is altering the climate in this time of the year. My pears are suffering from it. Just generally too wet for them.
Wow my mum also planted pear seeds and it's looking really good! What an awesome coincidence!
that's awesome!
wow ganda naman diko pa pala na try ang pears. good to know sis
not sure with my pears sis. they're growing naman pero hindi healthy ang leaves. I'll wait na lang muna.

Thanks so much! Hope my patience will be rewarded in the future 😊.
Does the type of soil matter for growing fruit trees?
Do you want to keep them in direct sun? If inside which window should I out it in South or north facing for example? How hot do they like to be?
Mine is not on direct sun. No option yet as I only have a balcony. Once I'll be transferring them in the garden, I'll put them somewhere sunny.

How do you make sure they survive and grow strong

@@sweetnestdownunder thank you this helps more than you know
@@ravage-raptor2392 You're welcome 😊.
They don’t need to be stratified??
I didn't do that. just planted the seeds directly in the pot. However, I planted them in winter.
In which month
It was either June or July when I planted the seeds, winter months in Australia.
O man I like
Thanks!

Pears are normally growing in cool to temperate zones.
Gently slam pot to ground
So let me get this no stratification needed
No cold stratification, but I planted them in winter, that would have done the job.
@@sweetnestdownunder wow crazy must be the strain
lol just chop the seeds...
