I’ve done the cutting off I’m about two months in and finally letting go of these people spiritually and it’s liberating but I’ll catch myself getting into these hateful conversations in my head that I would want to say to them and it really needs to stop because my life is getting SO good it’s not there yet but it’s right in front of me but every time I let this hateful vibe overcome me it throws off my day and progress. They know in their hearts that I was the giving parent but they chose to punish me with their silence. Frankie yes I have had to set boundaries but it's hard to believe these are children I gave birth to, nurtured and loved with all my heart. I am trying my best to move on. It's been so hurtful.
