Huh? Garen’s is not bad (tbh what can you do with his basic skill set), lisandra’s amazing for a launch skin (in wr) and malphite’s legendary is actually incredible.
Tris and sera’s may be the only ones kind of mid but even sera’s is pretty decent.
Keep in mind this is a goofy skin like the bees/cats n dogs skinlines, they’re silly and fun (and colourful) and for me these meet the criterias
