As a part of our 3 Chakra connection series we bring to you a sound bath for expressing your heart. For this, we've incorporated 3 carefully chosen crystal singing bowls. 1) The Root chakra bowl to hold us grounded and secure, not only ourselves, but the planet. 2) The Heart chakra bowl to activate the love in our hearts. 3) The Throat chakra bowl to stimulate our vocals, enabling us to openly express what is in our heart.
Bringing these 3 frequencies together allows our subconscious to stay strong and true in our bodies as we vocalize the feelings of our heart while being grounded and true to ourselves. This sound bath was designed to open the channels of clear heart communication and we hope you find it beneficial.

I realised that after listening to a few of ur videos, I have the urge to poop, for this one I needed to go to the bathroom about 20 minutes in, and I haven’t been able to poop for a few days already. It actually isn't too rare to experience that. They have an interesting way of working into our subconscious mind and allowing heavy energy to surface in sometimes uncomfortable ways, oftentimes through our dreams. Nothing to be alarmed by though!
