Shame on Apple for not fixing this bug. I reset my AirPods and the case was at 100% and the buds were at 88%. Apple, please spend less on marketing and more on making sure stuff works!

For anyone reading this. I have iPhone XS and was with iOS 16. Just bought new AirPods Pro 2 and tried absolutely everything and case charge and AirPods charge would not show. Downloaded iOS 17 - fixed

Bonjour, je suis désespéré voilà plusieurs jours que un de mes AirPods étaient déchargés sans se recharger avec le boîtier j’ai donc fait : oublier
J’ai ensuite refait les manips pour que mes AirPods soient reconnus par mon tel mais depuis plus rien, le pop up ne s’affiche pas, mes AirPods ne s’affichent pas sur Bluetooth, que puis-je faire? J’ai tout essayé !! Vraiment tout !!

My AirPods connect to my phone but the pop up doesn’t show up, also only the right one works and when it’s at full volume it barely plays any noise

I’ve also found that if either of the individual pods are at 0% charge, the open case pop up doesn’t work. The fix is to clean your pod tips and charging case basin with rubbing alcohol. That should restore the pop up. If not, you may have damaged AirPods or a bad charging case.

Thank you so much the force reboot fixed my issue I did this on a IPhone 13 Pro Max and it worked perfectly just did what you said just click on volume up and down then hold power button down until black.
