Its a great recipe. I do the similar recipe which I learnt from my mother. Only variation I do is add finely chopped onion & green chili and final coat the pcs with hand broken breakfast cereal on top of flour coating. U can try it also.

But, first thing first, start with the original. You've got a great taste on the music as well... just enough to give that subtle musical flavor in the background.
