Greg 1st offI, you're a ttrue mentor've, and one of the best anglers out there. We all look up to you!! I've been fishing with my dad, all my life. He passed last year. He sold his 32ft center console 15 yrs ago. He got his pilot's license and bought his own, ultralight aircraft, and became his passion. So I just started this year fishing again. I purchased my 120 pdl, Hybird. So she takes the PDL, fitted cockpit trolling motor, and has the transom setup for a light electric outboard. I saved, and just installed my Torqueedo 1103. So this is my 1st season back. I love my kayak, and don't see myself upgrading. I've met great people, and new friends. I feel like that little kid, fishing out of the 4ft inflatable raft, most of us had, with our pole, nightcrawlers, and the red and white bobber.lol..You're a great mentor, I'm in New England. So summer and spring is our season's. You're a true New englander. So you know. God bless..🤟🙏🎣

WoW! That was some tough fishing. I have to give credit where credit is due and I applaud your perseverance and not giving up. You stuck with that lake and tried to figure out the pattern and hung in there. Many would of left after day one for greener pastures and given up. When it is tough and you have to figure it out is how you learn instead of going to a place where you know your going to catch them easily.
    Tight Lines! 🐟

I grew up fishing on Oneida Lake the unofficial thumb of the Finger Lakes and usually we didn't catch too many bass unless early morning or just before sunset. We fished for food and caught many other species like Walleyes, Perch, White Perch, many different Panfish types, Bullhead, etc. If we caught a Bass during the day, that was a bonus!

Hi Greg, absolutely love your channel, seen all your videos, fantastic. A little bit about me, I am 76 years young been bass fishing most of my life, think kayaking is so cool. Watching your video of your trip to New York and it got me thinking about Clear Lake, yes I live in northern California, anyway watching you fish that deep grass, here is something for you might try, LV 500 yo-yoing it through the grass this is a deadly technique on Clear Lake, catches big fish and is deadly. Give it a try and let me know what you think.
