I just bought one of these, along with their cookware set, two spatulas and tongs... What was nice, I could run the Blackstone 17" simultaneously with my Ninja Foodi Grill on the same 20 amp circuit. No issues what so ever, surprised that the Blackstone is only 600 watts and cooks as good as it does, very impressed. I could take this in my semi and easily use it on the road. The clean up was super easy, much easier than the Ninja Foodi Grill. The Blackstone, simply wipe it down. The lid, easily cleanable with a spray cleaner and paper towel. With the Ninja Foodi Grill and the Blackstone, I do not have a stove or oven, long story, I am quite happy in the kitchen now.
LOL . I was wondering if you were going to mention the metal rack on it. I've found a way around it and still use a metal rack without the possibility of scratching the surface. I took a silicone roasting rack I use in my crock pots and cut up four strips about 4 inches long each and put the metal rack on it to make biscuits. Worked perfectly. Thanks. Good video.
Just so you guys know thick cut does not mean great crispy bacon. In fact the thinner the cut the crunchier the bacon will be. When you think of potato chips the thinner is the crunchier and the thicker has more "bite".

Only thing that I did not like that you put on your sandwich was the guacamole that Stuff does not go with eggs that's stop is nasty on anything but the rest of it you had me drooling good sandwich
I trust blackstone...they have not let me down yet...the machine is $125 worst case I spray with oil like everyone else has to do currently with what they are using 🤷🏾♂️

it wasn’t there originally but when I’ve been looking to see if it’s stock they updated some of the information they also have the e series spatula kit 19.99 they have them in a few stores but no griddles I managed to find mine order it online and pickup in store most find them them just in the store when I went in they didn’t even have a spot for them just the spatula next to all the other accessories

NICE!!!! That is a super duper griddle..... Is it also smokeless? That non-stick coating is the best point. And it is a good looking appliance too. I loved your review and oh that sandwich, yep, a good one. I have to tell you, anytime I make an egg sandwich I always put mayo, ketchup, cheese and have to have slices of banana peppers (mild for me). And that is my go to for a breakfast sandwich. The banana peppers are awesome on it.... And when I have fried eggs, after I get thru dipping my yolks I than put ketchup on them.... Great video. Take care. Claudia
I picked mine up yesterday from Walmart and I noticed there's not a lot of instructions that come with it Blackstone should do better with the instruction manual..
I keep looking and they never have it at my Walmart, did you find it in the grill section with the gas grills or did you find it in the electric griddle area? There was a manager the last time I was in the gas grill area and she told me that they had all the grills they were going to get for the season and that they were not expecting to get any additional models. But she didn't know what I was talking about when I mentioned that I was looking for this

Crazy temp control. My 80-year old father in law can’t operate it. How about you turn all the way counter clockwise and shuts off. Turn clockwise to temp you want it heats up and holds. Instead you wait and it is not heating or shuts off. BS in my book,
