    Same po sakin may negative po yung bill since kaka switch ko lang po last month (December) and nag advance payment din po ako ng 599 sa smart store.. It means po ba pag may negative sa bill ay wala po akong babayaran ng January?

      Yes po tama po kayo. Kasi ko cover ng advance payment yung incoming bill nyo po.

    At saka gusto ko talaga magswitch sa Smart kasi pag nagtratravel kami sa province hirap sa signal. Un nga lang 5gb lang bilis maubos nyan sa youtube pa lang. kaso kung pangtawag sulit yan kasi mahirap pag walang load palagi. Tapos pag nag unli ka ilang days lang

    Arrears ang billing ng smart. Kami sa globe advance lagi haha kaya pag nag upgrade kami ng plan automatic may dagdag sa advance.

    Palangga kahit po ba hindi mo ma consume yung 10gb at d mo magamit ung tawag, babayaran pa din po ba ung 599? Buo pa din po ba un na babayaran kahit d nagagamit?

      Hello Palangga. Usually makaka received po kayo ng text confirmation. Pwede nyo din po ma check sa Smart App nyo po kung posted na po yung payment or tumawag sa customer service nila para ma double check sa end nila.

      Hello Palangga. Yes po may delay po talaga ang activation nila. Sa case ko, it tool me 24hrs bago sya na activate.

      Hello. Yes po para safe. Pero if you want to end it early, I guess may corresponding penalty sila. You can also reach out po directly sa customer service nila for accurate info. :)

    Ang pag register ba sa pla. Is ung personal number mo din ba? O bibigyan ka nila ng cim. Seperate.

      Hello. Yes po, they kept the same number na ginamit ko po with my prepaid. Binigyan nila ako ng new sim pero it took 24 hrs bago na transfer yung number ko sa new sim tapos na deactivate naman yung luma.

      Hello po. Depende po sa usages nyo. 10Gb po allocation nya. Sa case ko, di ko naman sya nauubos kasi lagi akong connected sa wifi. Ma momonitor nyo din po sya using Smart app. :)

    Nung unang panahon, baligtad mas mahal ang unlicalls kes unlidata ngayon baligtad na. May plan 1.5k pa ako n old contract unlidata un d ko alam kung irerevive ko or ito n lng bago

    Hello po, Ask ko lang po if paano if matagal na nagbabayad ng 999 and nakumpleto na rin po payment for ip 13 pro max nung una, then planning to avail ip 13 na 850 monthly may down payment pa rin po ba yun or straight 850+999 monthly for 2 years nalang po?

    Hello po. Currently, nag invalid sim ko po. I was advised to switch from prepaid to post paid dahil di pa po available yung sim na prepaid nila to change my sim with my old number po. Dahil po feeling ko dagdag na naman sa mga bills monthly, nag no ako sa postpaid. Pro para wala akong ibang options ngayon. Tanong ko lang po, Wala na po bang ibang requirements po? Like you proof of address or bank statements po?

    after po ba ng 6 month postpaid plan. hindi na po sya mag iissue ng billing? ano po mangyyari sa postpaid sim ko kasi i avail postpaid ksi nwala ung prepaid sim ko.

      Hello po. Mag i issue padin po. Monthly po kasi yung bills and service. Yung 6 months po is contract, that means after 6 months, may option na kayong mag cancel or ibalik sa prepaid yung number nyo. Pero hanggat di nakaka cancel at tuloy tuloy padin yung postpaid service, tuloy tuloy padin yung monthly bills.

      Hello po. Kahit saang smart store po na malapit sa inyo. If permanent cancellation po, mawawalan po talaga kayo ng service. Pero kung rerequest nyo pong gawing prepaid - it will work like a regular prepaid SIM po.

      Hi Palangga! Not sure with device plan, SIM lang kasi saken eh and ID lang hiningi nila saken. Possible they might require an income document if may kasamang device installment.
      For accurate info po, I suggest reaching out nalang din po sa customer service nila. Libre lang naman po tumawag gamit ang smart and tnt numbers natin, *888. :)

      Hello po. Hindi po, 1 month rollover lang po, yung previous months po forfeited na po. Kung ano lang po yung natira na last month, yung lang po ma dadagdag sa current month.

      Hello po. Monthly po kasi yun bill nya. So if you want to stop it po, you can request po sa kanila to cancel your plan instead or change it back to prepaid.

      Hello po. Depende sa usages nyo. Most of the time connected ako sa wifi kaya hindi ko sya nauubos. Pwede nyo din pong e monitor yung usages nyo gamit ang smart app. If in case na ubos na sya, may option din po kaya sa smart app to avail for additional data booster.

    Sir,mawawala po ba signal ang simcard kung ipaterminate ko ung plan,kasi ang habol ko lng po kasi eh ung simcacrd ko mapalitan,kas nawala po simcard ko,wala dw po kasis sila availble na prepaid sim kaya posomtpaid inoffer nila,balak ko din po ipa terminate sana after a month...

      Yes po palangga. Naka indicate po sya dun sa copy ng bill nyo po. If wala po kayong na rereceive na bill sa email, pwede nyo naman po e access gamit ang smart app or tumawag sa kanilang hotline po.

      Hi Palangga. Binabayaran ko po sya gamit yung Smart App. Donwload lang po kayo ng smart app, tapos register nyo lang po yung number nyo po. Then after nun, pwede nyo na po ma access yung SOA nyo po dun with your account info at pwede nadin po kayo dun magbayad directly.

      Hi Palangga. Not necessary po. Yung Mobile data po is for internet lang talaga sya. So if di kaya connected sa wifi, then you can switch your mobile data on. :)

      Hello Palangga. Dibale yung Plan charge nyo po is separate sa device installment charge. So possible ma charge po kayo ng 999+800.

      Hello Palangga. Not sure po kapag online application. Sa store po kasi they required advance payment para wala na daw ako babayaran sa first bill. Pero tama po kayo, since post paid, bill will reflect depende pa sa usages ng phone with your billing cycle po.

      Hi Palangga. Base sa experience ko po, nag automatic activate po yung sim after 24hrs po. Wait nyo lang po after 24 para ma complete yung activation. Then restart nyo lang po yung phone nyo.

      599 every month po palangga. yung 6 months po, contract po sya. Dibale dapat di ka mag ka cancel ng plan bago mag end up to 6 months. Or else, possible may additional charge sila for early termination fee.

      Hi Palangga-/sorry for late reply. Wala pong extra charge. Matic capped lang po sya, then either mag e slow yung internet or di gumana kapag naubos. Sa smart app, may option din kayo mag avail ng extra data in case na gusto nyo pang dagdagan.

      Mag end ang contract ko November 9,2024 pwedi ko ba cancel mga November 5 para hindi na mag auto renew, baka matulad sa globe matagal nako nag request sa subrang bagal ng sistima nila nag continue parin internet nadagdagan tuloy bayarin ko puydi ba yun habang maaga e cancel ko na para di mag continue

      Hello Palangga. Para di po kayo malito, base lang po kayo dun sa total oustanding balance. :) Possible kasi na kasama na sya sa plan or pending charge pa. For accurate info din po, much better padin to reach out sa customer service nila for assistance. :)

      awww, in your case kailangan nyo na pong mag tumawag or mag reach out sa smart po para ma resolve po nila ito. If may iba ka pang sim libre lang naman po tumawag sa smart *888.

      maganda ung smart pero scam ung agent nila galing kc aq ng Globe prepaid at mag po port sa Smart Prepaid. Eh sabi ng agent dun office eh wla dw available sim sa prepaid ngayon sa pospaid lang dw. Pumayag aqng mag port dun smart 599 kc 3 months lang dw ung lock in period. Hays😢
