I love your videos! I'm in Ottawa too and I am so happy to have found a Canadian weight watchers youtuber. I just ordered Quest high protein chips from Natura Market online. Can't wait to try them. Not a snack but I have been obsessed with hearts of palm linguine. I am a pasta lover and this is the best tasting veggie pasta fake out I've tried. I do a big bowl of hearts of palm linguine with tofu and the peanut sauce for like 3 points

Oh that pasta sounds delicious! I’ve tried the quest chips and I like them. I especially like the nacho cheese flavor! I hope you like them too.

That’s how I feel about the built bars. Everyone was raving about them and I decided to take advantage of a sale online. I bought a bunch of boxes to try the different flavors. Well, I tried one in vanilla and it tasted like chocolate. Then later on I tried a Rockyroad one and it tasted just like the vanilla one. Both had a chemical flavor to them and the inside reminded me of the big Turk candy bars, that Gelatinous hard Jube Jube inside.

Built Bars are good too. Although I kind of burnt myself out on Built Bars!

Oh my goodness, I cannot stand the built bars. I bought a whole bunch of them because of the reviews and the flavor and texture I just cannot get past. Now I have a huge box full of unopened boxes of built bars that I have no idea what to do with.

I don’t mind them but I did find that I preferred to either have them frozen or heated up for about 15 to 20 seconds in the microwave. I think both of those change the texture a little bit. I actually don’t mind the flavors but I ordered so many at one point that I just got burnt out on them!

Built Bars Coconut Brownie Chunk is delicious to me. I just bought them when they had the good sale a month or so ago for the first time. I don't know about the other flavors.

Great video. Are you finding the program is working well with having rice and avocados as part of your free foods? Also, would you mind sharing your peanut sauce recipe?

I’m planning on doing a few recipe videos for my favorite bowls so I can definitely do that with the peanut sauce! I find it’s working well so far with the avocados and rice. I end up having an avocado every day but when I actually weigh it out it’s only about 150 cal. And I end up only having one serving of brown rice a day but it’s very satisfying.

I love your grocery haul videos, especially as I am a fellow Canadian - it’s really frustrating watching some of the American videos knowing that the products are not available here in Canada. We can tell that the Great Value products are from Walmart, but could you please say which stores you buy the other products from. I will forever be grateful for discovering the Good Thins corn crackers through your channel - BTW, I have found that the best price for these is on Amazon.ca and they are always available (unlike the supermarkets). I like to have these crackers with the “Summer Fresh” brand of Roasted Red Pepper Dip which is 1 point for 2 tablespoons for me (not to be confused with the Roasted Red Pepper HUMMUS which is more points) - in the Toronto area I have found this at Walmart and Metro.

Thank you so much for the tip about the corn thins! I’ll make an effort in the future to tell you where the groceries are from. Generally I order grocery items, especially canned items, from Walmart. I tend to get my produce, bread, tofu, and turkey burgers from Farm Boy. But I’ll be more clear in the future!

Don't put your avacado in the fridge. Put them in a brown paper bag and set on the counter for a couple days and they will ripen.
