      @@nomad753 that's ironic and maybe a message to me! I just bought 2 airplane bottles of liquor to ease whatever attachment i have to fetti. just to have today in place of getting high.. but I totally get it about the alcohol man.. I drank alot in my teens. now I just am not that attached... try lifting weights bro, or just maybe meditation and get in touch with your thoughts... I mean. out thoughts are a.big reason we go back to these addictions. don't let that voice telling you to drink guide you. It sucks even worse now because a lot of the supply is being cut with xylazine, which is a vet tranquilizer that hasn’t been tested in humans. People who shoot up are getting extreme sores, abscesses, and in extreme cases, amputations. It also causes severe water retention, numbness in extremities, and a whole slew of other symptoms. The immediate effects are going from being completely conscious, to literally blacking out, cold skin to the touch, blurry vision, slurred speech, lack of spacial awareness, an extreme leaning over yourself or a strong “nod,” and your brain jumbling up like 10 different thoughts and you just talking to yourself or others out loud and more than likely spewing nonsense. All the videos on Kensington in Philly are a prime example of the xylazine cut fent or “tranq dope.” That’s not even it though. A lot of stuff in Canada is being cut with RC benzos. It’s scary shit, dude.

      Sadly, it's very easy for people to become "medically addicted" due to chronic pain. Because of the opoid epidemic and so many opoid caused deaths , the State and Federal governments watch over doctors like hawks, and swoop down on them if they prescribe more than the recommended amounts of drugs for short-term use.
      I know of a doctor who lost his medical license due to prescribing more than the recommended amounts

      Yeah, they gave it to me when I was in labor, and it only lasted a few minutes! I was also having trouble holding still through the contractions to get the spinal block and I don't know why they didn't hold off on the fentanyl until the anesthesiologist was there ready to do the spinal block. I was screaming so much she left and came back later after dealing with a gun shot victim. I was very impatient waiting for her to come back. I don't know why anyone would bother with something that only lasts a few minutes.

      @@MoralGovernmentthe fact that it is so short acting is one of the reasons it is useful in a medical setting. It's very potent and it wears off relatively rapidly after the last dose, so the patient spends less time in recovery. Over the course of 10 years i never ever shot up only snorted my stuff and Let me tell you i almost died not from overdoses but from Pneumonia,sepsis, other major illnesses and not only that but the withdrawals alone have almost killed me. I almost died from throwing up so much my throwup went into my lungs and caused me to have a bacterial Pneumonia and i was hospitalized on a ventilator for iver 2 weeks then another 3 weeks in critical observation. Dude that stuff is such a miserable feeling to be in and a slave to it. I remember so many holidays i had to have interrupted because i bought a batch for the holidays and ended up being some bs and i had to withdrawal and ride back up over 100 miles into the city to re purchase from another area. Its such a helpless feeling because getting off makes you so sick and the intensity of the sickness is so bad i really dont think theres another disease or sickness that can compare. The Pneumonia and one time i had covid i could barely feel over the withdrawals thats how intense the withdrawal is.

    WOW. I lost my best friend of 57 years because it was cut in whatever she was getting. She was so ashamed of herself, that she didn't tell me. And we could talk about ANYTHING!! Or so I thought. She had been in two really bad car accidents, with one of them they had to use the "Jaws of Life" to get her out. She was always in pain. But her doctors took her off her pain meds way too quickly!! She had no support up there in Baltimore, our lives went in different directions and I live in our hometown again, in Ct. She once was a Special Education teacher and was very good at it. My point being that she was a good person, and a loving one. ANYONE can get caught up at any time with a bad batch, and it REALLY COULD BE YOU next time!!! Please be careful and try your best to NOT get fooled. I'm praying for you all, anyone who needs it...May God bless you and keep you...Amen. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💔❤️ I'll do more than that when I go to bed.

It’s too dangerous, too expensive, and way too risky. The withdrawals are so bad. There’s no way to describe how bad withdrawal is. Worst thing I’ve ever felt in my life. The clinic I went to wouldn't even give me sublocade injection without being on suboxone strip for a month🤦🏻‍♂️ which isn't really working since I know I can stop taking subs for 2 days then go get high smfh, addiction is a bitch brother..I pray me and you both make it to the other side and live a Long/Clean happy life❤❤

    Like with most other Opioids, Fentanyl is cross tolerant with them, so Heroin addicts can inject Fentanyl and have it substitute the Heroin they were originally taking. Fentanyl tho, is around 5o times the potency of Heroin, and absorbs so well through the skin and every route of administration to be fair. Carfentanil is also like this, only 1000 times the potency of the parent drug Fentanil. It's used to tranquilize large game like Giraffe, there's no safe dose for humans.
    It's understandable why dealers would use fentanyl tho, imagine how many times further it goes.

    It’s also extremely cheap to make, making profits for drug dealers very high. For example, roughly $6000 worth of opium is needed to produce a kilogram of heroin. In comparison, only about $200 in research chemicals is needed to produce a kilogram of fentanyl.

  • @GazB85
    @GazB85 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    It's not that fentanyl causes an as you say an "intense euphoric high that makes other's seem basic", it doesn't.
    Fentanyl and it's analogues are crap compared to the euphoria of morphine/Heroin, oxycodone and other opioids.
    It's not that euphoric to be honest, it's very sedative, a lot more potent than other opioids and generally has replaced heroin/diamorphine on the black market.
    So user's not only have no choice to use other weaker and safer opioids because they're not as available but also because they hae a short half-life and because of tolerance too they can't.
    If user's had the choice between pharmaceutical grade heroin/diamorphine or fentanyl, the vast majority would choose the heroin because it's a far more euphoric warm high and lasts longer.
    Relegalise, regulate, tax and educate!

    They don't mix it with prescription opioids, they make counterfeit prescription opioids with fentanyl as a substitute. And heroin hardly exists in the entire west side of the world anymore. It was replaced by illicit fentanyl because it was cheaper to synthesize, and much less of it is needed to be smuggled. And tbh fentanyl isnt in as many other drugs as people seem to think. Sometimes cross-contamination happens on a scale but its hardly on purpose.
