I have that same convection cooktop stove on order and will get it by the end of this week. I had one for my RV, but it was a Farberware brand and was difficult to master. This one seems overly easy to use. I just have to ensure that all may pots, and pans are induction compatible. They complement the air fryer and the crockpot/slow cooker well it seems. My slow cooker would make up too much of this dish for serving just my wife and I, but one never knows. Thanks for sharing the video.

The ground beef is hands down my favorite protein for nachos. I dont know why people like ground sausage but hey... team groundbeef 😂
