This is definitely Holy Spirit led! I was led to fast until Wed on Sunday, too! So encouraged by this, I was being tempted just now to eat something and saw this encouragement, and I didn't even know that this was a Body of Christ fast! I thought it was just for me. Amazing God, He is in control!
