DOUBLE Resin Bowl with Glow-in-the-Dark!

I had a crazy idea to do a glow-in-the-dark resin bowl, then an even crazier idea to do a double-layer resin bowl! I love how this came out but I know I can do better. I think this technique has so many awesome variation possibilities I can't wait to play with it more :)
