We were there 2 years ago. A wonderful community. The food was great, the sisters are so cordial and happy! - We even learned to make tomato paste (the best in the world along with the honey! God's blessings on these holy women!
I’ve been there in 2017 ! Beautiful scenery but i only visited the church and of course Saint Refqa’s house and the souvenir. Thank you Anthony and all the sisters for their efforts and God bless!
Merci pour vos reportages en direct du Monastère Saint Joseph à Jrabta au Liban , Soeur Joumana , humble artiste qui a peint la fresque du plafond de la chapelle à Beit Rafqa nous a fait la visite guidée du Monastère en 2019 avec la Soeur Marta Soeur Mélanie (2.10mn) qui parle était alors la supérieure du Monastère J'ai toujours eu une affection particulière pour Sainte Rafqa qui est méconnue en Europe ! Je salue cordialement toutes les soeurs et leur souhaite une bonne continuation Eric de France

The subject and the filming are beautiful...but i am very sorry to say that the music you have used from minute 12 onwards (American country blues vibes) has completely turned me off...it has no relation whatsoever to the conversation or the topic, the sanctity of the place or it's incredible history...there are so many other choices from Lebanon itself and its heritage of music that could enhance more the connection with the viewers...even a simple oud playing in the background would have been better - we are still Orientals and Mediterranean rather than Americans. Please don't hesitate to write to us or to any specialists in music to help you for the next time.
