Broke down and bought this sp4 nosa sota paddle. Im impressed. The only problem is I get radiation burn from my 20 watt radio. Only on the 30m band. I have a choke. Going to try and paint the little screws with fingernail polish to see if that will insulate it. I hardly ever use 30m. I also got the cw morse paddle you have. That has become my favorite now.
Thomas, I want to express how much I appreciate your style. Your calm demeanor invites people to share, for a few moments at least, the journey you are on. The scenery is beautiful. The pace, in my opinion, is just right. Thank you for the example you provide as a Ham and as a human being. Though in my middle-sixties, I am a new ham radio and am preparing for my General Class license. I plan on taking the exam sometime in February. I hope to connect with you sometime in the near future. On a different subject, what watch are you using? I noticed it the other day while watching one of your videos. All the best during this Christmas and New Years season.
Thank you so much and here's wishing you the best on your next exam! You've got this! I use a Garmin Instinct watch--I originally purchased mine in 2019. Since then, there've been newer models introduced. I love it.

I find these videos calming even though it's not me making QSOs in a gorgeous park. :)
I saw you have three of these lovely ladies now?!? Love my KX1 as well! Beautiful colors...happy holidays all!
What a beautiful opening scene! Being in December now, looking back at October makes me long for spring already 😄
Thank you Thomas.
How does this video only have 8 views ?! Come on people show the man some love. The Video has been up an Hour already!

This is an issue with conductive paddles if any RF is coming back to the radio.

@@ThomasK4SWL many thanks!
Beautiful part and nice radio too as well. Your key is one I have but it keeps double pulsing when I use it for practice. Do you have the same issue.
I've not had this issue.
