    Spot on sister.. libya ,phalestine, somalia,tunesia and so on many countries do have recipies of this ,yet i like to think that cypriot way of cooking it is the best yet. Love and respect ..

    The ultimate Cypriot food. Daddy made this for me once but not in a long time....the smell is something else...so healthy too.

      MOLEHIYA it's my favourite, when I cook it, I make a big pot of it, as it takes so long to cook , so then I put some in containers and freeze it so I can have it when I fancy some, tell your dad to do that too cook extra and freeze some. What's your favourite dish.x

He is with me now but he said the freezer is broken lol...my favourite is Dolma....artichoke, potato, courgette, onion, aubergine ..I also love Bamya and Kolokaz and since I was a baby 'Nene Beans'. Dad said that is Kuru Fasulye..we have just recorded the video and will do the editing this week 👍

      Excellent looking forward to seeing ut, I'm cookung Artichoke and Lahana dolma tomorrow I also like the mix dolma aubergine and onion with yaprak, going to make Adana kebabı today I might record it to add to my channel, Editing us something I need to learn lol, inşallah this year, I'm always busy, and at the moment we will be moving soon so have liads to do,, i have videos uploaded and have not had time to fo the writing so not published them busy, busy .     For many over 50 it is the king of Cypriot meals, sadly you need a ton of soft bread to dip into it which will expand the waistline somewhat, although if you are healthy in mind a few spoons of rice or bulgur next to it will suffice, one of the healthiest foods ever, but as I said if you don't indulge in the bread too much, but God it's hard not to..

      How true but ilke you saıd ınstead of bread pilav not so much of Pirinç as white rice is high in sugar but bulgur better for you
      But you know what you should have your slice of bread and really enjoy the taste then cut back on your rest of the meals and walk if you can or like me put the music on and dance I should take up my own advice as that’s what I used to do but now that I don’t my waist line are what waist line lol 😄 it’s my all time favorite dish thank you so much for watching and commenting much appreciated take care look after yourself 👍😊

    Tencerenin kapağı acikmi olacak bende kibrista yaşarım uzun yıllardır yanlış pisirdim sanirim

      Niye yanlış pişirdin diyorsun, Tencerenin kapağını hafif açık koyarsın, eğer çok fazlaysa tencerede ve taşıyorsa ozaman açık yaparsın..

      Limon ocaktan almadan hemen önce ve birde tabakta olduğunda ❤.. ben tuzu da gereğinden fazla koyarım malesef, ağız tadim. Allah uzun ömür versin,cayırova'da yaşayan teyzem'in yaltığı molehiya,30 senedir aklımdan çıkmaz. Ellerinize sağlık,sizinki de,muhteṣem görünüyor, kokusunu, iki sokak öteden alırmıṣ gibi omdum.
