The purpose of this channel is to act as an RP-recap for people who mostly watch Buddha/Cerberus and will also post major nopixel updates like dev stuff. I will try to stay away from posting content like wars and gang drama. I want to post multiple perspectives in order to help people stay upto date on their favorite characters and decisions.
comments are reenabled for now. I hold all comments for review before they are published. (If I'm asleep or afk, comments won't be posted.) Keep in mind some people write actual essays so I usually just read the first sentence and if it passed a YT filter check I will just accept it. If responses to that comment become wild though I will delete it. currently about 15-20% of comments get deleted.
Check playlists for clips/video for clips from specific character or about characters. Each Gang have their own separate playlist. There is also some "Arc" playlists like "Lang vs Simones arc" so you can stay upto date on everything and can come back to it a couple years from now!

Basically Mary's under the impression that the information that Arya texted to Mary will eventually make its way to Buddha, because her phone records get eyed upon on the monthly by cops due to her affiliations, her records would of got subpoenaed and leaked to Buddha anyway because he's the Mayor. So it's better to be transparent from the beginning and move passed it
Let's be real. Mary is hoping that this makes her look honest and loyal. At the same time, she's making the person they initially liked look terrible. She's saying Arya let this get to her head, but she's switching up on her own friend to appeal to Lang...
If Arya wanted to snake Cerebrus why would Mary feel like she was betrayed by her? Mary wants her lab but Arya wants a hospital. TBH, it sounds like Arya wants to work with Cerebrus to get her hospital and remove Mary as the owner because Cerebrus told her they didn't want to work with Mary, that's why Mary feels betrayed, I haven't watched all the POVs but I think this makes more sense than what was represented by Mary.
Cerberus never wanted Mary removed, they wanted her on a lesser role. They explicitly said they would like to have Arya as the owner and Mary as a board member or something of that sort.
Yeah or Arya knows to work with aegis Mary would need to be clean so she was offering to let her be a shadow leader so they could still work together?
But yeah I think mary doesn't realize it's gone beyond their little idea and Arya is looking at replacing the hospital now not just making a clinc/cloning facility
Mary burned Arya so if Buddha wants the business deal, it'll have to go thru her.
This is so odd. Didn't they talk about this in a meeting how if Mary was in the shadows it'd be a lot easier to manage..? Or was that when Arya wasn't there, cuz that'd be strange. Oh god, I don't even know what's going on.

Ya I think its confusing and miscommunication all around. I feel like Arya would have made Mary a shadow partner but probably would have kept it transparent with Cerberus. Think there are just alot of red flags in the business for Cerberus.

@@Jameskaimuki Ok, was just making sure I wasn't going crazy. I also didn't wanna accuse anyone of anything, it's just that the story being repeated sounded *so* familiar I swear I'd heard it before. I hope things manage to work out though.

@Buck Lang wanted to kill those people for good reason and because he wasn't close to them. Mary and Arya are supposed to be good friends...why would she want to kill her good friend? That would be like Lang wanting to kill Denzel...quite strange.
Can you tell the whole context I'm confused why Cerberus is refusing Mary?? Anyone? Why doesn't Cerberus want to work with Mary?? And why Leslie don't want to work with Mary, Also as I remember Mary was good with Cerberus like dean, Lang why Leslie refusing? Anyone I am now in the ocean in confusion

Because Mary is unpredictable and Cerberus likes loyalty. The reason Cerberus people avoid drama is because they all trust eachother and they think Mary is a wild card.
Mary is a racer who is pretty fucking crazy and does crazy things on impulse. Having someone like Mary in charge of a hospital is a bad look, its just as bad as Nick Simone running the hospital. Also, Leslie doesn't want to do any business with Mary whatsoever.
We have 3 categories. First is Cerberus. Second is State. Third is Mayorship.
Okay now that that's clear, let's break it down. The same person can hold a position in more than one of these categories. Many people in the city don't understand this and mix it up causing animosity or confusion.
Mary paid 25 million to Cerberus for half of Otto's Autos which is the parking garage for her to sell her cars out. In this deal she was also granted a storefront by Otto's. The storefront was mainly a "cherry on top". Cerberus never thought much about it and gave it as a type of freebie but never explicitly said so.
Mary assumes that the storefront was something included in the deal and thus felt entitled to it since she paid for it. Cerberus never really prioritized the storefront and considered it as an add on to the main deal. Mary was unhappy that the storefront took so long to process after she paid money for it. She went off on Eve about it.
This is where things grt tricky. Since Cerberus never thought much about the storefront, they never really pushed hard for it. The storefront was also something that someone else owned. It's just that since it wasn't being used and the owner doesn't really want it, the State has the right to take it. Now, Eve and Nancy work for the State as the ones responsible for setting up storefronts. The owner of the the storefront left NoPixel for a while and usually in these cases, it would take a long time to get the transfer done because you had to wait until the player came online. Luckily, Eve managed to get the player online to process the deal.
Mary doesn't know so she went off on Eve, thinking Cerberus was being slow. But again, this has nothing to do with Cerberus. Eve is Cerberus yes, but the whole storefront thing is a mix of OOC and IC work and it's mainly on the State not Cerberus.
Now because of this, she reported the Lang about what happened. Lang is very protective of Eve and Nancy because in his view, they do alot of work for people in the city. They are usually the "bridge" players go to in order to get things done in the city. This is mainly because they are a part of State Construction aka the in game company Devs are a part of who are responsible for adding stuff in game. As such, a lot of people always go to Nancy and Eve when they need stuff and many don't treat them with respect despite all the work they do and just demand to get things done.
Mary going off on Eve made a bad impression on Lang. Additionally, Kitty also told Lang about Mary firing a bunch of people from the Tuner Shop and they were mainly from Redline. This made Lang think that Mary was unstable and could not separate business from personal affairs.
When Arya came to talk to Lang about her business, Lang was reminded that Mary was the owner of Procyon, the business they are helping Arya with. As such, Lang raises his concerns about Mary with Arya and asked if she was okay if Mary became CEO while she became the Owner. Arya said it would be best if everyone sat and talked about it. Because of this, Lang realised that Arya was loyal to Mary so he was rethinking about helping Arya.
Now, when I'm talking about "helping", I'm talking about Cerberus help, not State or Mayorship help. Why? Because whatever the State chooses to do, like building a new hospital or customizing a new interior, is out of their control. As for the Mayorship, unless someone directly affects Lang and his friends, he would rarely ever cockblock people especially when it comes to businesses.
Lang already threw the business proposal and the new legislation to the Senate. So technically he's already done everything Arya and Mary asked for. The thing is, nobody likes to wait. People think that things aren't happening because Lang is cockblocking or he isn't pushing for it enough. But as the Mayor, he can only wait as well. So whenever Mary/Arya talk to Lang, he assumes they want help from Cerberus. But what Mary/Arya really want is help from the Mayor to push the proposals and legislation up faster. But he cannot do anything, he already said multiple times, it's already sent. Everyone has to just wait.
Leslie and Lang believes that Mary would not be a good business partner. Especially when it comes to Hospital work or Aegis, which Lang initially proposed for Procyon to work under. The reason? Because she's a well known criminal and how messy the information they are getting from her seems to be. They will still push the proposals and new legislation but they don't want to be caught up in any drama Mary might drag them into.
