Mileena is a bit older than that. If the time placement of the events of MK9 correspond with the original games than Mileena was 2-3 years old by the time of Shao Khan's invasion of Earthrealm. More than likely Cassie and the rest were born sometime after Jax and Subzero were cured which would put them roughly in their mid 20's during MKX's storyline and make MIleena at the very least 8 years older than them and around 15 at the most if there was any considerable time between Shao Khan and Shinnok's invasions.
Mileena is 25 years old by MKX, considering there was an established time-gap of 25 years in MKX between the Outworld tournament in MK9 and Shinnok's release from his amulet in MKX.
Cassie and her squad are a maximum of around 20 years old in MKX, as there is a timeskip of 20 years between the prologue and the main events of MKX.
Mileena, on average, is about 5 years older than Cassie and her squad. All things considered, she's a Kombat Kid in her own way lol
The Worst Widowmaker Ever lol Mileena isn’t 25 years, Edina years go by thousands of years, for example in MK 9 Kitana is considered 10,000 years old( way older than she actually looks) and Mileena is part Tarkatan/ Endian, so it doesn’t make sense if you think Mileena is 25, but if you are trying to go logically( Earthrealm like) then sure I guess Mileena would be so
Shaked Soda in the original timeline milenna is thousands of years old but in this timeline she was born during the events of MK2 thus her being in her 20s
