- Finally - after a prompt from a commenter, I have completed my elemental witch series with this video on Witchcraft & Earth Magick. Earth is the root of all the elementals that you would use in your everyday and high days magic. I try and explain how the earth is used, as it is a great grounding and stabilising element. It also controls all the other elements and therefore is the ‘grand high magic’ in the elements.
I try and show how earth magick is used by me in my witchcraft, and how often people use it without realising. Remember that phrase ‘touch wood’. That will be using the earth magic! Earth magic is definitely my favourite element, because of the immense magical power and safekeeping it gives.
My elemental witch series should be taken as a whole, as each element relies on the other, so here is the playlist do watch it and let me know your thoughts - which is your favourite element to use.

As a wood worker (hand carving wands), I have a lot of scraps of bark and sap wood that I use for casting fire spells, and I collect my ashes and charcoal to use in future workings. I also use a lot of salt as I mainly do banishing, protection, and purification workings (pine, fir, juniper/cedar and spruce are my go-to woods), which means that I usually double down on my Earth energy; using fire as an expedient and air to carry my intentions to the spirit realm/cleansing a space or person of negativity.

The element I use the most is salt. I put it all around my home, outside. I cleanse my tools and crystals with it. And of course I cook with it.
Carnelian is a very good one for protection , cant agree more 😁

Hmm , and earth element representation on the altar would be the honey calcite crystal ball 🔮 😊
I usually use it for scrying ..
There are three crystal balls here .. the biggest one is this honey calcite ,
The labradorite one I use daily for protection, and another one is petrified wood that half black - half white , and I used it for grounding
I shall try the amber and jet, as that seems to resonate with me more.
Scrying is such fun (if you can call it that) - thanks for the idea another video on that would be good!

I typically use stones...usually granite or jasper, because they are very abundant in my locale. I like to hunt for my own corresponding stones, because I feel that it provides an immediate personal connection with them.
I like that idea of hunting for your own, I feel that it would give you a greater connection with the Earth
Because I cast my circles in my forest yard, earth is all around so I will grab a pinecone. Stick .pile of leaves and put them in my western earth corner.

I just found you today and watched your entire element series! Loved it! I am wondering if diffusing oils from a standard oil diffuser would be associated with the air element or water element?
I think it would be associated with both, however the smoke produced is mostly air element so that would be the main one

Ah sweet - children never listen to those nearest to them - mine think I am an idiot and tease me mercilessly. With your stepson, sadly without meeting or talking to him, I couldn't help because I don’t know his energy and vibe - which I can only pick up when talking to people. However why don’t you get him some books that he can work his way through, for boys I would suggest anything by David Conway (although that might be too advanced) or you could try Gillian Kemp as she writes plainly without frivolity which appeals to boys more.... good luck
How is it different from being a green witch? Also I’m a new witch and I’m struggling to find out what witch I am. I feel most drawn to earth witch but it’s so uncommon.
I need to know how to ask for thunderstorms and rain. I am an earth sign with all elements in my personal planets, air strong. I’ve seen the face in a thunderstorm before
Thanks for the video.. I'm a Aries 🔥 All my work's are with candles. I'm just curious If i work with metals like pure 999.9 gold and 999 silver in the purest form. From my understand that would represent spirit and space ? Since it's not really a earth metal. In what category would you put gold in? Many thanks

I thought you said that *air* is the most powerful element. Now I'm a little confused.
So right!. I did not look at the earth element when I did air. What I should say is this: The earth element is and remains the root element holding all the others. The air has the most effect and change on the other elements. So both are powerful, my rhetoric is wrong. Which one is the “most powerful”? Earth.
I have began reading a book of magickal 🌿 herbs, it put this very nicely.. it basically says that herbs encompass earth, air, fire and water making them the most powerful.. herbs are thought to be primarily an earth element but to need the earth; soil to grow (generally speaking) and to take in sunlight (fire) and to take in water, produce oxygen(air) for us, truly does make earth element(s) the most powerful.. there isn't much of material items that you can't link to another element or several especially earth!
Candles fire element; earth from the wax
Incense air element; earth from the herbs used to make it and fire to light it
So on so on :)
Just felt I should say to other viewers please do not cast a circle on the actual living earth outside with salt as it is harmful to many creatures. Circles of salt are ok indoors only

All this being said, it does require faith to believe. Hebrews 11:6 tells us, "And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him." Also John 20:27-29 states, "Then he said to Thomas, “Put your finger here; see my hands. Reach out your hand and put it into my side. Stop doubting and believe.” Thomas said to him, “My Lord and my God!” Then Jesus told him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”
Don't be deceived, Jesus is the Son of God and the only way of being saved from God's judgement for our sin. Christ consciousness won't save you. Believing Jesus was an ascended master, a prophet or a good teacher won't save you. Romans 10:9 tells us how to be saved, "if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved". Trust in Him, He shed his blood and gave His perfect life for you. Call on Him, He loves you, and He hears you.

@@GinnyMetheral Thank you for your reply. This message is straight from God's word, Jesus. John 1:1-4 tells us, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. John 1:14, "The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth."
All who He calls can hear His voice. 2nd Timothy 2:3-6 "For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; 4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. 5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; 6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.".
I pray for you that you will come to know Him, believe in what He's done for you, and that believing you will be saved. God bless.
