Will you’re reviewing my car! I have the ‘23 Trailsport and like you said, for the price point I expected hood struts but other than that it’s a great SUV, the last of the N/A V6’s
I just love the Passport’s size and off-road capability. Not everyone needs a clunky SUV with 3 rows of seating, nor another under powered compact crossover that you can’t take off-road. The Passport fits right in between and it’s nice to have decent power and a capable AWD system without having to go premium.

I really like the look and size of the Passport compared to the Pilot. While it's actually more expensive than the cheaper Pilot models, the Passport seems more practical for customers without one or more kids. Yet, from a sales perspective, the Passport is lucky to get half the monthly sales of the Pilot (for example, Pilot averages 9000 units sold per month, Passport 3-4000 per month. If you want something bigger than a CR-V, I would go with the Passport.
can you make another vlog and have full passengers on it, to see if the speed etc still the same? or to see the difference
do i want the TRAIL SPORT or the BLACK EDITION ??? i cant decide trail is cheaper
Does that rear rubber cargo mat come standard?
I have to knock Honda for not making a tow hitch package standard on both to the Passport and Pilot. These SUV's are sold partly on the ability to tow, so making the tow hitch an expensive dealer add-on is really bilking customers. The Ridgeline, ironically, has a built-in tow package, which makes the absence of it here all the more glaring.
They also don't tell you that the Passport can only tow 3500 lbs without the optional Transmission cooler installed. So to tow 5000lbs you have to invest around $2,000.00 extra for the hitch and cooler and installation for both..

20k price increase since 2019… and it looks like a 2010 model… for 45k… this is disrespectful
20k price increase? I don't think so...
I currently own a Honda passport 2023 EXL with the HPD package and after a year driving it , I sincerely can say it is a piece of junk… the suspension is so stiff every time I get out I have a headache, I believe that if you really want to buy a Honda in 2024, CRV or pilot is the way to go.
I'm coming from a '12 vw GTI. That car has a stiff suspension. I'm sure this is much less.
