  • I'm excited to introduce you to our latest deep sleep music. The idea behind this video was to create a relaxing sound that conveys peace and a sense of space. A simple trick to fall asleep quickly: take a moment to relax before bed. Turn off the lights and start taking a few gentle deep breaths. Let the inner chatter subside as you get into bed. Inhale... exhale... repeat until you fall asleep. The more you rest, the stronger your immune system becomes. While in Delta Waves, health is improved on all levels, including additional immunity to diseases. Lack of sleep can affect your immune system. Research shows that people who don't get enough sleep or don't get enough sleep are more likely to get sick after being exposed to a virus, such as the common cold virus. Lack of sleep can also affect the rate of recovery if you get sick. In this track, the binaural beats were subtly and intermittently mixed to target the delta waves. (continuous sounds of binaural beats tend to saturate the ears, resulting in dizziness). Delta brainwaves, which mimic sleep, rejuvenate your mind and body by regenerating essential chemicals you use while you are awake.
