I let the tractor stand on idle for about 15min before i drive it. Then it takes about 15min driving before it gets a good temperature on cold winter days.
You can meassure your heating element with a multimeter. Maybe it is broken? I’m sure it is a tutorial on youtube on how to, if not, then I will make a tutorial. The heater need about half an hour when it is very cold, but then the tractor starts without problem.
