Hi flesby! I am a officer in that game as well as I lead a regiment in Italy some advice if you really are a officer, Make sure when you are pulling back and the enemy is far behind stop you're regiment and take a volley and continue marching. Thats my advice

Honestly, I think that flebsy should cover some other smaller nations rather than france. For example prussia, naples, sweden or even tokogawa.
