As an Aquarius sun I often find it hard to open up to others and let out my own feelings.. shed a tear when you got into the letting go of old trauma and pain because it can affect the present. It’s true, we don’t forget that stuff. But doing yoga / meditation does help. Therapy might help too to some. Great video you have a new fan :)

Thanks for this clear description! I have moon 🌝 in cancer ♋️ (libra sun and rising) and just retired from a career as a school psychologist. It now makes sense why I was led to that profession. The other thing that resonated with me is the need for solitude and to maintain a grounding practice.

Interesting to hear your thoughts on family trauma. I have moon in Cancer (exactly conjunct my South node) in the 8th house. I care about my family but need space due to past experiences and what I've learned. I have worked a lot on past traumas and my independence over the last two years. In mothering myself, I have reconnected with my inner child. It is very important for me to focus on being grounded. My work is in caring for others, and I've had to practice balance. Now I am more aware and concerned about my capacity and work diligently to not abandon myself in the process. Great video!
I have a moon in cancer and most of what you said I could relate to. (Sun in Libra, Virgo Rising)I am able to feel what my clients are feeling quite easily and can related to child clients even though I am in my 60s now. I am so grateful for my grounded and nurturing husband. It is true that I need to spend a lot of time alone and recharging. I have suffered from fatigue and burn out from my job as a trauma therapist. But I do love it and am managing by just seeing a few clients and learning the art of loving detachment. I didnt realize that my ability to feel the emotions of others was a psychic ability until recently. Wish I would have known about that sooner. It probably is what has drained my energy for the past 14 years of therapy practice. I will build in more boundaries and psychic protection type practices and spiritual practices as you suggested.

I always have felt super misunderstood with my emotions. It's like people feel that I'm "too much" at times or that I'm overpowering. Hearing that just hurts me on a deep level and then as a consequence I tend to isolate myself cause I feel like nobody is there for me. I've had real issues with my mum about my passion to find a suitable romantic partner as she thinks of me as heavily dependent on other people.
Most of these things I can't control. They're just there 🥺

I relate heavily to the description. I do feel I need to protect the people I care about, I do hold them in high regards, and I do feel like I need to do something about a situation even when it is it of my hands and it DOES stress me that I cannot fix something. I'd say feeling needed by the person I'm with is a huge part of whether or not it is going to work. My most recent relationship ended and I attribute me feeling like they did not need me as a contributing factor to why.

I'm Leo sun, Cancer moon, Libra rising. Also Saturn in Cancer. I watched my mother die when I was 6, she was 41.I search for family outside my own and ready to have my own. I was a pre-school TA and random toddlers come to me so I can read to them. LOL! If I can't care, love, serve someone with all my heart, I get very depressed. It took me a long time to learn how to set bondaries. I'm a theater performer/director/writer/producer. Very maternal feelings, protective, emotional and sensitive. Child-like!
