Automatic System for Water Pump Motor (Submersible Single Phase up to 2 HP) (Water Level Controller) Starters for 1 Tank (Model M-9900):
FULLY AUTOMATIC FUNCTIONS: This system triggers up to 2 HP submersible pump motor through single phase starter when water level in overhead tank goes below the preset point, and switches off motor starter when overhead tank fully fills up. This way the system not only saves water, manpower & electric energy but also enhances the life of pump motor.
OPTION FOR INSTANT PUMP MOTOR START: The system also has the option for starting pump motor manually by soft press button before water level in overhead tank reaches the prefixed level for automatic switch on pump motor, but it will switch off said motor automatically when overhead water tank fully fills up. However, this function will not activate pump motor if there is sufficient quantity of water in overhead tank. The said quantity of water for using this option may vary according to the setting/adjustment of sensor for switch on & off levels in overhead tank.
MAINTENANCE-FREE SENSOR-SWITCH: The system, in a strong & shock-proof ABS cabinet, has maintenance-free sensor-switches, concealed in plastic casing, which sense water levels in tank without passing any electric current into the water, hence, doing away with the hassles of maintenance due to absence of chemical reactions that may cause corrosion/oxidation to the sensor-switch.
EASY TO INSTALL: The system is very easy to install as it has only one sensor-switch in tank. The system is designed to control starter with 2-3 second automatically re-settable timer, which triggers, through contactor, a pair of starter’s switch-on button for 2-3 seconds only. This way system disconnects the start-capacitor (in starter panel) connected with the motor in 2-3 seconds after motor takes full running speed.
LED INDICATORS: The system has LED light indicators for pump function & standby/power.
IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE ENSURE CONTROLLER'S (MODEL) COMPATIBILITY WITH STARTER OF YOUR PUMP MOTOR BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO PURCHASE IT.
(12-volt relay shown in the video has been replaced with AC Contactor).
