When they were talking in front of the planetarium using their names, in Thai language they often talk about themselves in third person so it wasn't a big giveaway APART from Ai-onn asking the most obvious questions and May answering all of them patiently (she def knows it's Ai)

@nallyreacts xixi.. i think they change Dr Ton character. They make him to be a May's cousin to add more dynamic. If you see carefully, Ton always stares at ai weirdly, i think he knows that original oom should be in coma. Maybe he will be the one who told ai about may true blind condition in the end, you know? to make ai not felling so guilty anymore. But that just my theory.
