phuket is expensive .................
Pattaya wins hands down I hated Patong nothing much about the place and the city is run down hard to get around not worth the money never going to Phuket again I can’t understand why so many tourists go there .
That Bangala road boring as hell just full of tourists walking up and gawking at the bar girls and Lady bois bothering people to pay them for a picture .
Been to both, I like Phuket for the beaches, scenery and island vibe, but prefer Pattaya for the price, nightlife and convenience of traveling around compared to Phuket. Thanks for sharing.

Been to both. Pattaya if your single, Phuket if you have a wife/girlfriend with you. Phuket for beaches, pattaya for nightlife. Phuket way more expensive.

Lots of russian mob and gang activity in phuket. Its sad. Wen i was there a russian mobster threw a bar girl out of a window from the 2nd story up. Super sad.
Just the fact that there are mostly westerner tourists in phuket makes me wants to avoid it but islands and beachs are so nice.... difficult choice.

I live at samsen right now and thought about moving my ass closer to nana and pattaya. Do you know about prices in krabi and koh pnganan? Spelling that word equals headace 😅
Koh phangan is quite expensive now compared to what it was Krabi town is cheap but not much going on there so bang is better but it’s just pure tourism not the sort of place I would choose to live

You will find most happiness in pattaya have a look around jomtien area in pattaya for a more relaxed vibe
