The Walking Dead: Dead City Season 2 Interview: Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Lauren Cohan, and More

It's pretty amazing The Walking Dead franchise has lived this long, and it is always a pleasure to watch the tantalizing rivalry between Jeffrey Dean Morgan's Negan and Lauren Cohan's Maggie. As one of the spin-off shows that are revitalizing the franchise, The Walking Dead: Dead City revealed the trailer for its second season at this year's San Diego Comic-Con, and we are once again strapped in for another wild ride in this post-apocalyptic universe.
Collider's Steve Weintraub spoke with series creator Eli Jorne, Morgan, Cohan, Gaius Charles, and Željko Ivanek during the 2024 SDCC to discuss how the spin-off could potentially end (if it ever will) while teasing the characters' journeys throughout Season 2. They also disucess whether the series will end with Maggie killing Negan or Negan killing Maggie.

At the end when Maggie and Negan kill each other or die old fighting, they will end up together as walkers. It will be like an upside down zombie marriage.
