  • Our litter robot was Flashing Yellow Slow & Fast, then Fast Flashing Blue despite being empty and lastly just Random Lights. Watch for the solution to this, replacing the DFI sensor fixed things for us but some may have to go a step further and replace the control board as well.

      For the money I paid an instruction manual would have been nice. I've had it since November and now I'm getting continual torque faults. There's no obstruction. It just keeps happening.

      Have you cleaned the sensor? I know if that completely fails and there is nothing in the way of the sensor then it most looker needs to be replaced..

    It seems like the replacement parts rarely fix the problem completely. Even if their blinking lights diagnose the problem, it's almost easier to replace the entire base. These things are very finnicky. I had one that worked fine for 2 years and suddenly stopped working due to a pinch sensor error that won't go away no matter what I do.

    How would fix the Blue yellow and red light going lighting one after another. It doesn't completely dump the litter it only goes half ways then goes back, and all the lights start to blink.

    I have a problem with mine, the blue light flashes as if the drawer was full even if it is empty and when I press reset, it turns blue again as if everything was normal but each time a cycle occurs ends it starts flashing blue again, I cleaned the level sensor but that doesn't solve the problem, if it was my sensor that was defective, the blue light would continue to flash blue even if I pressed reset?

  • @mamado9549
    @mamado9549 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    You seem to have so much knowledge Can you tell me what a solid blue and yellow mean? I have taken my robot apart cleaned all the sensors, tightened the screw on the wheel that cycles the robot. Done all the support suggestions and still I have solid cycle light with solid ready light. This just started a few days ago.

    • @Me46785
      @Me46785 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Isn’t that the sleep mode? You just have to push the Cycle button for 5 seconds, then the sleep mode is turned off.

    Nice video. Drawer full is flashing. All is clean and it's empty. I hit reset and then right away I have a fast flashing yellow. I bypassed the pinch all together. Unit will not reset at all. Any ideas?

    I’m at the point that I want to just connect a switch to the motor to go each direction and run it manually

    Maybe you can help me. My LR3 was slow flashing blue as if it were full, even after I emptied it and reset it. I just kept resetting it and each cycle it would start again. Today it was actually full so I emptied and replaced the bag, reset it, and it started to rapidly flash yellow. I know that means there is a pincher issue, which I recently did before. I took it apart and cleaned the pinchers and ensured they were touching. Put it back together and plugged it in - back to the blue slow flash - reset it - back to yellow rapid flash - rest it - back to slow blue --- you get the picture? So now my robot is not cycling at all and I have no idea what to do. I am beyond annoyed, haven't even had this thing for 2 years and I keep it well-maintained.

      I have this issue now. I took took the pinch detectors out and taped them which took care of the flashing yellow. Worked for a few weeks and now I have the slow blue blinking light at the end of the cycle like you described where it's fine if I manually reset it. These machines are so fickle and annoying considering the price

    • @jordany4806
      @jordany4806 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@ugabugay2k They really are. Thankfully since this issue, it has been back to normal but having to take a huge machine like that apart manually is ridiculous. And it being a little under 2 years old at that. I'd love to get another one eventually, but only if I know for sure that the issues have been resolved. It has been a pain-saver for the most part though.

      pull out drawer and shake down the waste or change the bag all together, if that does not work wipe down your sensers on both sides of the drawer. It happened to me once when my bag was obstructing the drawer sensor.

      I have a rare disease PSP,after scrutinising other litter boxes minutely, I have been left with no options but either to re home my beautiful cats or purchase another one ,in the hope that it will last longer than I am expected to survive. Such a very expensive item.
      I read about the company( due to my financial situation ) to find how much money it is making from the purchase of this product, mind blowing amount. I hope it invests some of the profits into Customer Service/Support going forward.
