Not necessarily it seems like a starting step for when your 13 and then you work your way up to harder things yk like how your supposed to train your body normal to harder
Most people can't even do a proper pull ups and dip I have been going to the gym like 6-8 months, my squat PR is 77kg for 8 reps at 60kg Bodyweight, incline DB bench press 17.5kg each hand x 10-12 reps, Deadlift 95kg (i rarely try , this pr is pretty old). Still I can't do a single pull up or dip. So I can say this is pretty hard

10 pull-ups and 10 dips for a 13 year old is pretty hard
