Gosh I want to do a getaway like this so badly...it looked heavenly!!We use our phones way too much...especially my partner who runs his own business from home...sometimes his phone is glued to his hand 🤦🏻♀️

I’m practicing not charging my phone on weekends, I just let the battery die completely and when I have the urge to pickup and scroll I have to wait at least a minute or so until it charges to some point. and usually this minute breaks the cycle and I have some time to think whether I really need my phone right now or is it just the addiction again
