Sir; Can MPC be different for different consumer in an economy? if your answer is "yes" then how will we determine the Multiplier effect because "c" is not same for each consumer .If MPC is equal for each consumer in an economy then what is the reason behind bit?

First of all MPC is different for all consumers in an economy. Everyone have different capacity to consume. For instance, two person X and Y consume same product but it depends upon their satisfaction level how much they get satisfied from that product. If the income of consumer rise it is definitely increase the level of consumption and savings. The amount we spend on consumption is a income of another. It is rule of economy. Change in investment lead to change in income this leads to change in consumption. Expenditure of one income of another.

@@ranjanamaurya2849 thanks for your reply. But i have still a confusion. We know that multiplier K= 1/1-MPC. As you have said that mpc is different for all consumers. So what value of mpc we will take in above formula. Do we use a generalised average mpc for all consumers in economy???
