IH 3588 transmission shaft broke

Counter-shaft broke and knocked out a bearing

Yep well they all break down eventually

Just drill and tap the nut for 2 set screw about 45 degrees from each other. Seems to keep them from backing off

Well that wasn't good, but ours was close on our 3588 cause our steering pump blew out and so did a lot of the hydraulic lines, definitely takes a lot of work
