To anyone who loves this song and 80's pop/rock, check out the band's other works! They're known as Cutting Crew and they're criminally underrated. Known exclusively for this and "I've Been in Love Before", their catalog is incredibly impressive. Their first album, "The Broadcast", is full of incredible hits - This song, the aforementioned I've Been in Love Before, One for the Mockingbird, Any Color, Sahara, Don't Look Back, Life in a Dangerous Time, Fear of Falling, It Shouldn't Take Too Long, and the Title Track are all astounding. Look into some of their other work too, like The Scattering, Everything But My Pride, The Last Thing, Tip of Your Tongue, Year in the Wilderness, Sweet Auburn, Frigid as England, Looking for a Friend, and Berlin in Winter are all surefire hits to say the least. I implore every one of you to give them the fame they always deserved.

Ok
Thank you. I will do this.
A fantastic song that doesn’t sound like a broken record like music nowadays.
Joe John The irony therein being that most people no longer have to suffer through the sound of an actual broken record.

And crappy lyrics that mean nothing or promote greed, violence and demeaning worthless b.s.
Melanie Wood actually no? Music today has helped people with mental health.

I was born in 1993, but I wish I was around during the 80s. It seemed like the best time. The music and movies were awesome.
Amazingly, I still love this song as much as I did when it came out, in the 80's.
Barbara Mc Cann I’m 12 but this is still the best music ever. Also I want to add I’m not one of those that like this music because it’s coming back into popularity I have loved this music since I was 6.
