I work in construction in a hospital as a finish carpenter. We have couple flooring specialty guys in the crew with +17 years of experience that swears by these. Occasionally, some of us will have to help them out in flooring and several of the guys already bought these 714s after borrowing them. Its not for those DYI weekend warriors or one time project users. Its literally made for professionals which is why its priced that way with replacement parts.
Yes knee pads are comfortable but they move around too much almost like having an old pair of knee pads be very careful when you buy these quite expensive

I think yours must be loose or you didn't get the right size, I got these and I don't have that problem

I think he means the standard version which are about $90 they are confortable but they tend to move sideways so I got these instead
