The Distance Between Words & Silence | Short Film

My new short film "The Difference Between Words & Silence", explores the complex interaction of spoken and unspoken struggles in a young woman’s life.
The story follows a young woman Leticia, along with her mother Maria in the harsh reality of their hometown. Bullied by her peers in the streets of her hometown, Leticia fights with both external conflicts and her own inner resilience.
The title reflects the tension between what is said and what remains unspoken.The film captures the gaps between verbal confrontations and the silences that speak louder than words.
