I personally consider it the same way I do knights - they can fight in both the shooting and melee phase so you *should* fight in both. Twin linked might improve wounding odds but A: it's better on the gun at only S6 as opposed to S12 on this fists that already wounds quite well and B: It's probably still not as good as just getting the firepower in both phases, again just further improving the fists that are already wound pretty well, they're not *really* in need of the extra except against super tough targets. But I would say while you could opt to go for those twin linked fists and still get good results, it's *not* worth taking twin linked guns. Twin linked on the guns is definitely NOT worth loosing that quite chunky melee.
Cool List, but I would take at least 1 Battleline Unit to get the full Hit rerolls on the Breachers.
Isn't Lord of the machines at the top of the enemy shooting phase? How would they get to move?
