We’re Dean & Nala, and we’ve been best friends since December 2018. I was actually cycling around the world when I heard Nala meowing out for me somewhere in the Bosnian mountains. With no intentions of keeping Nala, I knew i had to save the wee kitten and take her to the vet - but I was well aware of the fact that it might be a bit of a challenge considering I only had a bike. However, despite my concerns, Nala quickly climbed out of the front bag on the bike handle and straight onto my shoulder. Since then, we’ve been travelling the world together. So feel free to tag along if you’re interested in following our journey and adventures around the globe ❤️

For me this is 11-11-21 and watching Nala and Dean is truly amazing. Nala looks so comfy in her packed basket with all the warmth that Dean can give her. Just her little head sticking out and sleeping shows the total trust she has in her daddy. She knows wherever he is, she is being cared for. I've had 17 pets but only 2 were dogs and my main prayer is that I out live them. I want to make SURE they will be well taken care of by me. I don't trust anyone else but me to take good care of them. I have heard of loved pets being taken over by daughters or sons whose parent dies and they release them in the woods. HEARTLESS people! This is why I want to out live my pets and at this time, I have my last BOY, my OSCAR who was abandoned by his owners and neighbors. Thankfully he had already found me and I was feeding him. SO, I took him in when they moved away without him.
I have seen cats, & their humans that have special bonds before ... but you & Nala have an incredible bond like I have NEVER seen before!! I have never seen a cat ride so calmly on a bicycle before, & she always stays quite close to you ... & then immediately MEOWS at you when you have been away from her!! You & Nala were MEANT to be together, so I have no doubt as to why she showed up in your life when she did!! I SIMPLY LOVE seeing your videos!!!!
Look at her, just chillin in her basket with her giraffe…so cute.
She has been over so many countries and places but to Nala, all that matters is if Dean is with her, then every place is Home.
My cat apparently liked it so much he walked right accross the keyboard and replayed it from the beginning as I was a minute from the end XD
You're loved by more people than you realize and this comes from a 76-year-old gramma living I'm Florida who's praying for your health and safety. Hang in there! We're cheering for you.

I love the look the look of excitement on Nala's face every time Dean walks into a room she was left in (9:15). It shows the pure love and companionship she shares with him. They truely are soulmates!
Nala has such a pretty face and eyes when she has the camera closer..and how friendly and loving..
Surely you get plenty of such comments ..it is not ordinary to see a cat traveling with much joy..
Most cats aren't fond of traveling. Dean is blessed. I only saw one other cat like Nala. A homeless guy lived in his car, and his cat. That cat was SO friendly. But so was the guy.
Her trust in you reflects your excellent character. Animals are intuitive. Thank you for making this tired world a kinder, more sacred place.

I can't imagine what it must be like to be away from home over christmas, but when you're with the ones you love , be they human or feline , that's all that really matters , take care Dean and Nala, and have a wonderful time ,
I tell you Colin,i'd rather to be with them in that place tomorrow than with the unberable people i'll have to bear for the whole day (my husband's family..they are loud,mean,horrible human beings)..😝😝😝
my wife and I. and our two cats will be on our own for the next 3 days - Our families aren't around anymore, and to be honest I'd put up with a lot of crap for one more christmas with them .., But I'll feed the cats enough Turkey to keep them quiet !,and spend the time slumped in front of the TV.. Keep the wheels turning! Strength permitting, at least the fog forced some rest and down time, any more would've been causing bike withdrawal!!!

I do the same thing. I watch her first, loving how comfy she looks bundled in her basket. Then I like to look at his total bike setup and supplies. My son was in scouts and I remember using a lot of the same things on camp outs.

I needed to see this. I know intellectually my trip will be 20% physical, 80% mental. However seeing you stuck in a tent for 3 days only to have to brave the hazards of the road anyway was encouraging and humbling. You beat obstacles!!! I can beat blinding fog, relentless rain, freezing cold, and blistering heat too. I haven't been wanting to ride because it's cold, but I'll be on it tomorrow.

Well watching this after the fact now in August 2020 even though I have been following you for many months... what a wild ride through the foggy weather, smart move keeping it safe and off the roads. I’m sure you and Nala appreciate the comfort of the nice hotel. She looks adorable and nice and toasty in that Santa outfit. Dean you are so caring, I love seeing her all bundled up in the bike basket, and when you two are so affection with each other, that just warms my heart.😻

Nice even it cold. This is for all cat owner. I seen a pet veterinarian online who love specialized in cats, and he wonder why so many cat die before 20 yrs w/ kidney bursting . And he believe it's dry cat food. Say cat who don't drink water after eating the dry food to wet and digest it it take the water around the stomach and he believe that dry out the kidney and this back forth water later weaken it in time. He also found out that if he fed his cat meat only they live over 20 yr to 25+ Yr he sell freeze dry meat but it expensive. It's hard to feet our cat meat but what we can do is bring your cat some water after eating when your around. To form a habit. I notice when my cat was about to eat I grab a paper and took a hand full of dry food and added water and gave her. And she love it better it being wet. I do give her a can of wet type every 3 day. Also.

I got a baby blue jean eye simese cat found on a beach far away as a tiny kitten. Not only beautiful with a short turn up nose. And all white and brown tail & 2 round spots but the sweetest gal. And she make cute sound through her nose trying to communicate. Beside understanding a few single word command outside like a dog. live in a rv as me. But I wish she wasent a picky eater, many a cat food bag she will not eat. Might be the smell

I'm 82 here in 2022! In Eastern Europe, think Dean likes to camp in isolated places with a bit of an 'edge'. Then recharge himself/devices in an hotel 🏨. I'm drawn to this man so much💖 Liverpool
