Where was Tobinco's lawyers from the first encounter with Opuni and his threats?
Where was the police as he was being harassed. He had all the opportunity and resources to challenge the FDA boss. He decided to bolt through Togo!. He sounded well educated, and his response to FDA action is quite suspicious
