    Great job explaining the difference between lying down or sitting. I never knew the difference!

    I’m a 1955 boomer and 35 yr. veteran of OT. I’ve always been in pretty good shape until my L3-S1 microsurgery in 2017. I also have SI instability for which I am pursuing med intervention. Thx for explanation- helps my frustration w/this exercise.

    I had bilateral hip replacements and I can't do any of standing exercises because the right hip is in spasm and has been since week 1. if I hear "that's normal" once more, I swear I'll scream! I wasn't cripple before and I don't accept being cripple now ......
