I think in Nakuru there's a disconnect between value and pricing in real estate.
I could just be ignorant, but am not sure that house is worth the listed price.
I understand it's just the asking price but still, Nakuru in general has a problem of people being a little bit delusional with prices they sell property at.

More developed areas in and around the capital Nairobi have houses more modern, better amenities and are listing for cheaper than houses in nakuru.
Maybe people are deluded by the notion that Nakuru is growing.
