The guys working behind the scenes don't always get their shine. They love what they do and of course, it's hard work with little reward for some, sometimes. I get the feeling that they won't change anything for the world and for them, this is their world! The smiles sometimes shrink due to exhaustion and minor disappointment of losing a race or sometimes even a horse but these hard-working guys get right back on the saddle and they keep going.

Der…I would say this is your best interview and what an insight into horses etc All The Best Shana if I was a horse owner and given the choice I’d pick her in an instant to be my trainer
