    Really enjoy your podcasts Rangan, especially this one. Being a lifetime stammerer I was introduced to diaphragmatic breathing whilst doing the 'Freedoms Road' stammering course some 20+ years ago. It really helped me improve my speech back then and it's great to be reminded of its importance to me now.
    Again really grateful for your podcasts, they've brought a lot of good things to my life, from yoga, meditation and even Vivos. Keep up the good work, you're a Legend.

    Off topic, but I do find it very interesting to hear the differences in pronunciation, compared to here in the US. For example pronouncing ‘ breath ‘ with a T sound rather than the ‘ th ‘ sound we use here in the states. Interesting

    Tuesday Seventh of February Two Thousand And Twenty-Three.
    21.07pm.
    Dear Doctor Chatterjee. Good-evening. How are you? I trust you are well.
    This Woman, I met in my local Library advised me to "take a deep breath .. " when we were speaking on the telephone. She, felt like she was helping me to relax whereas I have ALWAYS been a calm and quiet person. Now, I am single. ☹️

      You are having an inner feeling to take a deep breath forcefully and it won't work all the time but when it works you will get relief, right?
      But even after taking a deep breath after a few seconds you will again have an urge to take a deep breath. Is that your condition?
      I started having this issue one week back.... Very irritating TBH....
      When doc checked Oxygen Level it's normal only BTW.

    Love from india dr...I have a suggestion...You can keep it or not totally depends on you...I.think your are less becoz your accent is really hard to get from asian countries especially from.india. So please speak in the accent like other man. We have a strong belief it will definitely increase your subscribers.
    Thanks

      Can you speak in an accent other than the one you have? It is not easy for people, unless they train as actors do, to change their "accent"

    This totally contradicts with the BOLT test, doesn't it?
    Your words: "it's all about breathing light, quiet, and through the nose". How can you breathe light if it takes at least 25 seconds for each breath. Doesn't make any sense.

    • @Cuffy108
      @Cuffy108 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Bit late but the bolt test is supposed to test your breathing efficiency I think. Patrick has said we should aim for 6 breaths a minute, this is optimal.
