At 0:04 on, there is a familiar face on ChaCha’s vase and desk decor. After much studying and research I learned that the face belongs to an Italian Opera singer, Lina Cavalieri, and her likeness was made into famous art pieces by the artist Piero Fornasetti who featured her on decorative plates. You can purchase her likeness still today at his website (sadly it’s hundreds $ less expensive to buy knock offs online- one candle is $300 USD).
I see her face featured in ephemera, journals, stickers and the like CONSTANTLY. I had to get to the bottom of it and when I saw our bestie ChaCha had some pieces with her face, I knew it was time to research.
I hope this helps someone out there who couldn’t quite place it either! xx
