3: Create a Project in Primavera P6
• File > New or Click the plus sign on the right
• Select EPS > Next > Add project ID and Name
• Define planned start date and Must finished by date - can modify later
• Define responsible manager from your OBS and rate type
• Project now displayed beneath the EPS you selected
• Right click on project to delete or modify various feature
